Leadership


Provide formal instruction-led classroom facilitation, in person, online, and on mobile education teams, for the Civilian Education System's (CES) upper-grade Army Civilian leaders (GS 13-15) where graduates become skilled in leading complex organizations in support of national security and defense strategies, managing organizational resources, leading change, inspiring vision and creativity, and directing program management. Currently, deliver these graduate-level courses for students at the supervisor, manager, and director levels. I want to develop cultures of effective leadership within organizations.

Curriculum


Earned Ph.D. in Education with a specialty in E-Learning and Master of Science in Education with a specialty in Instructional Technology. Currently, serve as the lead for the instructional program analysis, design, and development phase of curriculum revision for the Department of Enterprise Leadership's Advanced Course (graduate level). Successfully conducted needs, target, and topic analysis, as well as managed teams of subject matter experts in the development of instructional materials. Developed observation data collection process during the lessons pilots to validate and/or revise new content before implementation.

Coaching


Received the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification in 2021 for successful completion of an ICF-approved program covering coaching, ethics, client understanding, communication, coaching questions, focus, and motivation to include a comprehensive coaching practicum. Currently, conduct coaching sessions with upper-grade (GS13-15) Civilian Leaders in the Advanced Course (graduate-level) for the Army Management Staff College's Department of Enterprise Leadership on the topics of increasing levels of responsibility, supervision, and leadership within organizations through resident and distributed learning methods.

As a facilitator and coach with years of experience in corporate, military, and academic settings, my objective is to help individuals reach their full potential. I am passionate about guiding and inspiring others to discover their own strengths and develop effective strategies to achieve their goals. My experience has taught me how to motivate people to think more critically, work more collaboratively, and take ownership of their own success.
