Earned Ph.D. in Education with a specialty in E-Learning and Master of Science in Education with a specialty in Instructional Technology. Currently, serve as the lead for the instructional program analysis, design, and development phase of curriculum revision for the Department of Enterprise Leadership's Advanced Course (graduate level). As a facilitator and coach with years of experience in corporate, military, and academic settings, my objective is to help individuals reach their full potential. I am passionate about guiding and inspiring others to discover their own strengths and develop effective strategies to achieve their goals.
